Privacy policy

The short version

You don't need an account, and the amounts you type into our tools never leave your device. The calculations happen in your web browser.

Information collected

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure. We do not use it to identify you.

If you choose the light or dark theme, that choice is stored in your browser so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.

Advertising and cookies

This site is funded by advertising served by Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the UK and EEA are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and can change their choice at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can get in touch at [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
